No part of our publications may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used in any form without the express written permission of the editor. Membership Terms

Pure Dog Talk offers both free and paid membership tiers through our MemberPress platform. By registering for any membership, you agree to the following:

Free Membership: Free membership is available to anyone who registers with a valid email address. Free members receive access to our complete podcast archive, blog, videos, events, and shop at full price. Free membership has no cost and does not require payment information.

Paid Patron Membership: Paid memberships are billed annually and renew automatically on your signup anniversary date. By subscribing to a paid membership, you authorize Pure Dog Talk to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel. Current patron tiers are Patron ($100/year), Advanced Patron ($200/year), and All Access Patron ($300/year).

Renewal and Cancellation: You will receive a reminder email before your annual renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page at puredogtalk.com/account/. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to patron benefits until your subscription expiration date.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period during which you may update your payment information. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your patron access will be automatically removed. You will be notified by email if a payment fails.

Tier Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time through your account page. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe will automatically prorate any charges or credits.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase or subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Pure Dog Talk does not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refund Policy

Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads including PDT Exclusive Downloads, PDT Albums, K9 First Aid 911, and Pedigrees2Pups are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Membership Subscriptions: Membership fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Pure Dog Talk. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at team@puredogtalk.com within 7 days of the charge.

Seminars: All seminar fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific event's refund policy. If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise stated.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and membership access.

Respectful Communication

Our content may range from humorous to serious, educational, or newsworthy in nature. We value the respectful exchange of ideas. All contributors and commenters are expected to engage with others in a civil and gracious manner, maintaining a community that encourages thoughtful discourse.

Unwelcome Content

While we allow a wide variety of content, we prohibit the following:

• Illegal Content: Any content that is unlawful.
• Pornographic Content: Any sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Violence and Harm: Content that encourages or incites violence, or that threatens, bullies, or harasses others.
• Personal and Confidential Information: Content that shares personal, confidential, or sensitive information without consent.
• Impersonation: Content that impersonates or misleads by pretending to be someone else.
• Spam: Content that constitutes unsolicited advertisements or promotional materials.

User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to Pure Dog Talk, you grant Pure Dog Talk, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide, in any form or media, without compensation. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license, and that the content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party.

Third-Party Links and Content

Our website and platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pure Dog Talk. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
