Pure Dog Talk is committed to providing high-quality content, memberships, and educational resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products are final. This includes PDT Exclusive Downloads, PDT Albums, K9 First Aid 911, Pedigrees2Pups, and any other downloadable content available in our shop. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased download, please contact us at team@puredogtalk.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Books and Physical Products

Physical products such as books and PDT merchandise may be eligible for a refund or exchange if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at team@puredogtalk.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Membership Subscriptions

Free memberships have no cost and require no refund.

Paid patron memberships are billed annually and are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Pure Dog Talk. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at team@puredogtalk.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account page at puredogtalk.com/account/. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your patron benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period.

Upgrades and Downgrades: If you upgrade your membership tier, Stripe will automatically prorate the charge. If you downgrade, your new tier takes effect at the next renewal date.

Seminars and Live Events

All seminar and live event registration fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific event listing.

If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify us at least 7 days in advance at team@puredogtalk.com. In some cases we may offer a credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

If Pure Dog Talk cancels or significantly reschedules an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and membership access.

All payment disputes are handled through Stripe. Pure Dog Talk will respond to disputes with proof of purchase and service delivery. If a dispute is resolved in your favor, your access will be removed immediately.

How to Request a Refund

*Your name and email address associated with your account

*Date of purchase

*Description of the issue or reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days.
